Bryony is inspired by the natural surroundings of her childhood, social, religious and philosophical history, and from those who she holds dear. She likes to create 'art for arts sake' retaining the 'soul' of the painting whilst concentrating on the constructs of of the artwork. It is this balance between soulfulness and technical focus that allows to create pieces that the viewer can feel a connection with.
